Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and general assistance to customers regarding premium consumer electronics.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to devices, software updates and features.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM to improve service delivery.
• Educate clients on product launches and features in consumer electronics.
• Escalate complex faults to internal teams and follow up efficiently.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic and knowledgeable support experience to foster loyalty.
