Formación

• Must have C1 fluency or native-level Spanish and B2 English for training.
• Comfortable using digital tools and maintaining typing speed with accuracy.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment with a tech-friendly personality.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with Spanish-speaking customers through calls, chat, and email.
• Assist users in navigating the online storefront for sales.
• Provide after-sales support managing logistics and order returns.

Conocimientos

C1 fluency or native-level Spanish

B2 level of English

Comfortable using computers

Typing speed of 25+ words per minute
