Pentasia is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent in Melilla to deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking players. You will handle queries across channels and maintain a positive customer experience.

The role requires native Spanish, good English, and at least 6 months of customer service experience. It offers a salary of €18,000–€20,000 with a 10% bonus, and relocation support including flights and accommodation assistance.

Formación

• Native-level Spanish is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and efficient customer support to Spanish-speaking players.

• Work flexibly across a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
