Velenosi&Meredith is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Madrid, Spain. The role requires fluent German and Spanish, with training provided and on-site work. The position starts as a 3-month temporary contract with a strong path to permanent employment based on performance.

You will handle multi-channel customer support, log interactions, and work with the team to achieve daily service targets. Training hours are part of the onboarding process.

Formación

• Fluent or native German language required.
• Fluent or native Spanish language required.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Madrid and complete the 5-week onboarding schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat in German and Spanish.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently with a professional, helpful attitude.
• Log interactions in internal systems and look up customer information.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily service targets.
