Iron Mountain seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (Spanish speaking) to join our Barcelona sales team. You will identify and close mid-market opportunities, conducting business fluently in Spanish while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring proven inside sales or SaaS experience, strong prospecting skills, and expertise with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and Gong. This office-based role offers a competitive base with uncapped incentives and strong growth

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Spanish; professional English
• Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS
• Proven ability in cold prospecting and managing full sales cycles
• Familiar with sales enablement tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation and prospecting to identify mid‑market opportunities
• Consultative selling and ownership of deals from contact to contract
