Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a complex, fast-paced customer service, order management, customer support, or sales support environment.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships inside and outside the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order status and quote-to-cash activities in coordination with customers, sales, logistics, manufacturing and service teams.
• Handle input and tracking of orders, repairs, calibrations, changes, exchanges or returns.
• Resolve questions related to invoicing, contracts, and lease management while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, prioritize and juggle multiple customer requests and business priorities in a global setting.
