Job summary

Alpega is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who speaks Polish and Spanish to join the Freight Exchange operations in Barcelona, Spain. This role requires strong language skills and a customer‑driven mindset to support our international SaaS platform.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, guide users through features, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Polish (C2) fluent, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: respond to inquiries via phone and email; guide on platform features; explain processes and documentation.
• Issue Resolution: troubleshoot product issues; identify root causes; escalate bugs when needed; follow up until resolution.
• Operational Support: assist with daily platform usage; help maintain smooth customer operations.
