Flourish in Madrid is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities and drive growth within an international sales team.

You will research target accounts, conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives while collaborating with marketing. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages a plus, and a strong drive to succeed.
