Flourish in Madrid is seeking a French Speaking Business Development Representative to join our growing European team. This role offers rapid learning, commission opportunities and exposure to technology sales across Europe.

You will speak with French-speaking businesses, research companies, generate opportunities via phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualify prospects for Account Executives. A €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE supports a clear progression and coaching from experienced sales

Responsabilidades

• Speak with businesses across French-speaking markets.
• Research companies and identify key decision makers.
• Generate new opportunities using phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and position relevant solutions.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to grow pipeline.
• Develop world-class sales, communication and prospecting skills.
