Flourish is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Madrid to build Europe's pipeline for a global technology business. You will create new opportunities across Europe, engage with senior decision makers and start conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn, learning quickly in a collaborative environment.

No extensive sales experience is required; bilingual candidates with English and at least one European language are valued. You’ll be supported to grow into further sales roles.

Formación

• No years of sales experience required; potential and ambition valued.
• Fluent English plus French, German or another European language.
• Willing to learn and develop relationships across European markets.

Responsabilidades

• Create new business opportunities across Europe.
• Book qualified meetings and initiate conversations with senior decision makers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and technical specialists.
• Develop language-enabled outreach strategies and messaging.
