Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Account Manager (Spanish-speaking) to join our Hybrid - High Tech team in Barcelona. You will manage partner pipelines, identify opportunities, and drive profitable deal closures while coordinating with sales, telemarketing, and marketing resources to maximize revenue and satisfaction.

The role requires Spanish fluency, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience in channel programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel/partner sales environment preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work with marketing, sales and telemarketing teams.
• Familiarity with partner programs and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner pipeline and identify new opportunities; drive closure of deals.
• Understand partner market, competition, and reseller interest.
• Build partner loyalty and drive certifications for BU products.
• Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs.
• Collaborate with partners to generate revenue through campaigns and opportunities.
• Identify qualified opportunities and support closing large deals with partners.
