ChooseMyCompany in Barcelona seeks an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to grow the Spanish market. You will sign Freemium and Premium customers, deliver tailored demos, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will engage C‑suite and HR/Marketing leaders, uncover pains with consultative selling, and help establish the Spanish office. Fluency in Spanish and English and 3–5 years of sales experience are required.

Formación

• The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of sales experience, strong entrepreneurial skills, and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business by signing Freemium and Premium customers.
• Upsell Freemium customers to Premium with tailored product demonstrations.
• Lead conversations with C-Suite and HR/Marketing stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Take ownership of the sales process and build the core of the Spanish office.
