Set and Match is hiring a Spanish-speaking Account Executive in Barcelona to grow the Spanish market and drive new business for a fast-growing European SaaS company. You will prospect, run consultative sales cycles, and close deals with senior decision-makers, while collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS preferred, or sales development with growth potential.
• Genuine interest in new business development and outbound selling.
• Native or fluent Spanish and Catalan, plus fluent English.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders; proactive and target-driven.
• Organised, curious and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Willing to learn, take feedback and develop your sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Build a high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
• Engage Finance and business leaders in the Spanish market.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and tailor product demos.
• Manage discovery, negotiation and close with support as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success, keep CRM accurate.
• Work toward clear sales targets as you develop in the role.
