SumUp in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Inbound Sales Representative for the Spanish market to engage inbound merchant leads and drive activation.

You will demonstrate product value, run demos, manage a busy pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with Ops and Support to ensure a smooth merchant experience while hitting targets.

This role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission and a vibrant, office-first culture in Barcelona.

Formación

• Experience in a sales environment with a track record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, phone-based role with resilience and positivity.
• Native or near-native Spanish with solid English for internal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound leads from Spanish merchants via phone, email and digital channels.
• Run product demonstrations and match merchants with SumUp solutions.
• Close deals within short sales cycles, often in a single call.
• Track pipeline, log activity and manage leads in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Ops and Customer Support to ensure a smooth merchant experience.
