SumUp in Barcelona is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to be the first contact with potential merchants across Europe. You’ll qualify leads, gather insights, and schedule local demos for our Field Sales team.

This role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commission, an office-first setup, and opportunities to collaborate with SumUppers worldwide while contributing to a fast-paced fintech culture.

Formación

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with outbound outreach and cold calling.
• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles.
• Track record initiating conversations from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively reach out to businesses via targeted outbound calls to understand needs and fit for SumUp’s POS and payment solutions.
• Qualify merchants by gathering key business information and providing product insights for operations.
• Schedule high-quality, localised appointments for Field Sales to conduct demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Focus on outreach to merchants who haven’t requested contact using outbound tools and lead lists.
• Help drive deal generation by ensuring Field Sales has a strong pipeline of engaged prospects.
