SumUp is looking for a Junior Early Growth Specialist to empower small businesses in Barcelona. In this role, you'll be the crucial link for new merchants, guiding them through their initial transactions and driving product adoption. Your responsibilities include proactive outreach, consultative upselling, and hitting growth targets, all while ensuring a smooth start with the SumUp platform.

Formación

• Previous experience in onboarding, customer support, SDR or similar roles.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calls.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively guide new merchants through their first transactions.
• Analyze merchant profiles to recommend and sell additional products.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to activate accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly activation and upsell KPIs.
• Share insights from merchant interactions with Product and Marketing teams.
