Job summary

Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking agents to join their Customer Care team in Lisbon for a 12-month contract and potential renewal. You’ll resolve queries across phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and friendly service.

You’ll work full-time, 40 hours weekly, with rotating 8-hour shifts. Benefits include health insurance, flight ticket reimbursement, and free Portuguese classes to help you settle in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
