Cross Border Talents is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish- and Catalan-speaking customers, handling accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical questions with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll support the streaming platform’s customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. The role requires Spain/Portugal eligibility and a willingness to work a rotating schedule.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2)
• Good English communication (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
