AsstrA is seeking a Country General Manager in Spain to drive growth, build a strong market presence, and lead local operations. This leadership role focuses on expanding sales, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with clients and partners.

You will oversee local teams, streamline processes, and collaborate with international colleagues to optimize profitability and market development in Spain.

Formación

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport.
• Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development.
• Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.
• Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market.
• Understanding of operational processes in logistics.
• Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the business development strategy for Spain.
• Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.
• Personally participate in key customer meetings, negotiations and strategic commercial activities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Build, manage and develop the local team.
• Improve internal processes, cooperation and operational performance.
• Monitor business results, KPIs, profitability and market development.
• Ensure effective cooperation with AsstrA teams in other countries.
• Represent AsstrA on the Spanish logistics market.
