AsstrA is seeking an experienced Country General Manager to lead our Spain operation. The role combines senior sales leadership with country management, focusing on business growth, market expansion and operational excellence.

You will drive sales, manage client relationships, and build a high-performing local team while aligning with international teams to deliver profitable growth in Spain.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, logistics or transport (Road Transportation).
• At least 3 years in a senior commercial, leadership or business management role.
• Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the business development strategy for Spain.
• Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.
• Participate in key customer meetings, negotiations and strategic commercial activities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Build, manage and develop the local team.
