Clio in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager for Spain to own the strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, webinars, and events. You will set targets, manage agency partners, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive growth in the Spanish market.

This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategic planning with execution, with collaboration across a distributed marketing team to ensure campaigns resonate

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience working in or with the Spanish market specifically.
• Proven experience managing paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) at a strategic level.
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors, including holding them accountable to targets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to shape marketing strategy.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Own the demand generation strategy and budget for the Spanish market.
• Lead and manage external agency relationships, holding them to performance targets.
• Direct campaign execution across paid search, paid social, webinars, and events.
• Own reporting and performance analysis, and use it to drive decisions.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with Sales, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Build and maintain the campaign calendar and roadmap for Spain.
• Represent Spain's needs and opportunities within the broader EMEA marketing strategy.
