Pillar is hiring a Marketing Lead for Spain to own market entry and scale in the Spanish-speaking markets, working with central Growth/Marketing verticals and local Sales.

You will adapt proven Italian strategies to the local market, own local product marketing, and drive metrics such as CAC, ARR and pipeline in a zero-to-one setup. Based in Barcelona, this full-time role offers a hands-on, autonomous path to build the local market engine.

Qualifications

• Experience launching or scaling marketing in a new country/market, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable working in a matrix with central teams (paid, lifecycle, SEO/content).
• Think in metrics: CAC, ARR, pipeline, conversion, funnel, especially without historical data.
• Fluent Spanish and working English.
• Understand or quickly learn local construction/B2B landscape.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and being first: no playbook, no local team yet.

Responsabilités

• Own market entry from zero with central Growth and local Sales.
• Adapt proven Italian strategies to the local market.
• Own local product marketing: messaging, competitive intelligence, buyer psychology.
• Partner with central Paid to launch and localize acquisition campaigns.
• Collaborate with central CRM/Lifecycle to build nurture flows and segmentation.
• Work with local Sales as it ramps and align on pipeline.
• Document learnings for reuse in future expansions.
• Report market traction to the central roadmap.
