Pyou Iberia is seeking a COUNTRY MANAGER for Spain to drive strategic commercial development and strengthen the beverage industry footprint. You will lead a local team, build lasting relationships with distributors and key accounts, and coordinate with the international HQ to execute growth initiatives.
The role requires deep market knowledge of the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, strong negotiation skills, and a hands-on leadership style with travel across Spain.
Competenze
- Proven experience in business development and sales management in Spain.
- Track record of acquiring customers and opening sales channels.
- Experience in the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Ho.Re.Ca. distribution channel in Spain.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
Mansioni
- Define and implement the Spain commercial development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the local team to meet targets.
- Manage budget, forecasts and KPI monitoring for sales and pipeline.
- Develop new customers, distributors, wholesalers and partners in beverage/Ho.Re.Ca.
- Negotiate and manage key accounts and high-value opportunities.
- Expand penetration within existing portfolio and optimise distribution.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with international HQ to align strategies and launch new products.
