Ruijie Networks seeks a results-driven Channel Sales Manager for Spain to lead the channel strategy, recruit partners, and drive growth across SMB networking, CCTV, IT and low-voltage markets.

You will manage existing partners, develop new distributors and resellers, coordinate local marketing activities, and travel within the territory to build strong relationships and close key opportunities.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of channel sales experience in ICT, networking, CCTV, security, or IT distribution in Spain.
• Existing relationships with Spanish distributors, resellers, system integrators, or installers preferred.
• Strong prospecting and partner development capabilities; willingness to visit customers actively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for Spain, including partner recruitment and activation.
• Identify and cultivate distributors, resellers, SI partners, installers and other strategic channel partners in SMB markets.
• Manage existing partners and drive sell-in and sell-out growth through reviews and visits.
• Recruit new channel partners and support onboarding to first orders and growth.
• Coordinate local marketing activities, workshops, roadshows and promotions with partners.
• Promote Ruijie/Reyee solutions to partners and end customers and identify project opportunities.
• Collect market intelligence and provide local market strategy recommendations.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, partner pipelines and activity reports; achieve targets.
