Ruijie Networks in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a results-driven professional to own technical support and management in the assigned country. You will work across Ruijie’s networking and wireless portfolio, the partner ecosystem, and the sales–solution–service triangle to deliver projects, enable partners, and ensure high-quality local service delivery.

You must be a self-starter with strong customer-service instincts and proven problem-solving ability.

Formación

Bachelor's or Associate degree in network engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is required.
3+ years of technical support and implementation experience in networking (switches, routers, VPN, wireless, etc.).
Hands‑on experience configuring and administering wireless products and WLAN security.
Professional certifications are preferred (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP).
Client-facing experience with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Willing to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

Lead pre-sales testing, proofs-of-concept, and demonstrations of Ruijie products focusing on campus networks and wireless.
Resolve partner and customer technical issues through the ITR process with Level-2 TAC; establish a local service-delivery framework.
Guide channel partners to complete networking projects ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Build and onboard local service-partner footprints in line with policies; develop service capability through training.
Join account planning and bidding discussions as the service delivery member of the Iron Triangle to support business growth.
