Jobgether is seeking a CTO to lead AI and business unit leadership in Spain. You will partner with the CEO to define strategy, translate business priorities into impactful products, and drive AI, LLMs, and automation across engineering workflows.

You will scale high-throughput platforms with reliability, security, and cost awareness, building autonomous teams and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Strong engineering or software architecture background with leadership experience.
• Experience aligning architectural decisions with product priorities and business objectives.
• Commercial mindset and ownership of a business unit beyond engineering.
• Hands-on with AI tools and workflows; understand where AI adds value.
• Experience deploying AI in production with reliability and cost awareness.
• Proven track record leading senior technical leaders and building autonomous teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the technology strategy for a business unit.
• Partner with CEO and product/commercial teams to align technology with goals.
• Identify practical AI applications across products and workflows.
• Establish metrics to measure AI value, quality, cost, and impact.
• Develop leaders and scale teams through Engineering Managers and Tech Leads.
• Oversee high-throughput, real-time platforms with security and resilience.
