Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager based in Spain to lead two engineering teams, Platform and Integrations, shaping technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery strategies. You will balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership to build scalable infrastructure, tooling, and reliable services.

You will report to the CTO, develop engineering talent, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across distributed teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of 10–15 people.
• Hands-on coding in Java, Python or Go is expected.
• Lean and Agile management experience is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Platform and Integrations initiatives, gathering requirements from product teams and external partners.
• Define objectives and translate needs into clear roadmaps and milestones.
• Break down requirements into well-scoped tasks and establish delivery milestones.
• Monitor progress and team health across the SDLC and improve delivery processes.
• Coordinate with other squads to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and risks to stakeholders.
