Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Head of Brand based in Spain to establish a distinctive identity in the AI employee category. You will own the complete brand vision from identity and messaging to campaigns, working with the CMO and building an in-house team.

You will lead brand systems, narratives, and high-impact campaigns to differentiate from larger competitors, rollout across website and product touchpoints, and nurture a fast-growing technology brand.

Formación

• Experience taking a brand from early stage to growth with concrete brand systems.
• Proven campaigns that gained attention in competitive markets.
• Experience positioning a brand against larger competitors.
• Ability to define creative direction while remaining hands-on in the work.
• Experience building and leading creative teams with in-house and external agencies.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, messaging, and campaign development.
• Excellent communication and ability to defend creative decisions clearly.
• High autonomy, initiative, adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to work in a small, high-trust team with a bias toward execution.
