Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Founder’s Associate - Product based in Spain to join a fast-growing technology company. You will work at the intersection of product management, AI, and revenue operations, shaping product strategy with the founders and collaborating with sales and GTM teams.

You will drive discovery, translate complex processes into actionable product opportunities, and write clear specs to guide engineering and design.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English with strong articulation and persuasiveness.
• Analytical thinker able to translate data into product decisions.
• Interest in product management, AI, and technology.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with founders, sales, and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and improve processes.
• Translate insights into clear product opportunities and actionable decisions.
• Help define AI-powered features and translate user insights into specs.
• Write product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
