CB Talents is seeking a sales-forward professional in Spain to drive full sales-cycle activities with a focus on outbound prospecting. The role entails handling roughly 80–100 calls daily and progressing through the full sales process from lead to close.

Initial training lasts about four weeks on-site in Madrid, with subsequent on-site visits about once monthly. The position is hybrid, requiring residence in Spain and alignment with US schedule.

Formación

• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR / outbound prospecting).
• Native/bilingual English; fluent Dutch.
• Residence in Spain is mandatory and relocation may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Full sales-cycle responsibilities with heavy outbound prospecting.
• Volume target of approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Hybrid work model: on-site 50% after achieving 70% of target.
