JD Logistics is expanding its last-mile delivery network in Europe and is seeking a hands-on Station Supervisor to direct daily shift operations in our Madrid delivery stations. You will oversee sortation, DSP/driver dispatch, and end-of-day reconciliation to guarantee high on-time delivery (OTD) rates.

The role requires proven last-mile supervisory experience, proficiency with dispatch/WMS/TMS tools, and fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Delivery Station / Last-Mile Experience: supervisory role within parcel delivery station or last-mile node.
• Systems Literacy: experience using dispatch management applications, WMS/TMS tools, routing software, and handheld barcode scanners.
• Language Proficiency: English mandatory; Mandarin a plus.
• Operational Flexibility: ability to work early mornings, late evenings, or rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily shift operations in the delivery station, including sortation, DSP/driver dispatch, and end-of-day reconciliation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and manage shift team leaders and sortation associates; coordinate with DSPs and couriers.
• Enforce safety and floor compliance, and monitor route dispatch performance against targets.
