Job summary

Workiva Spain, S.L. is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with sales and stakeholders to drive the technical win across opportunities. You will move beyond demos to connect platform capabilities, data workflows, and AI tools to customer outcomes.

You will uncover technical requirements, develop proofs of concept, and validate enterprise value of the Workiva platform across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability. Up to 30% travel and remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

4+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting.
Degree in a related field strongly preferred.
Fluent Spanish speaker.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures.
Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute pre-sales framework and engage customers via phone, web, or onsite meetings.
Drive discovery and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to needs.
Ensure customer success with Workiva Client Services for onboarding and long-term success.
Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domains and use cases where Workiva has impact.
Develop proofs of concept and new use-cases to validate requirements.
Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
Support Sales in developing account plans and strategies.
Own Opportunity Technical Evaluations to prove technical viability and win.
