SoftwareOne is seeking a Data and AI Pre‑sales Consultant in Madrid to shape Data & AI solutions for customers, collaborating with account teams and technical specialists to translate business needs into compelling designs. You will lead demonstrations and executive discussions to drive opportunity progression.

The role requires strong Data/AI knowledge, cloud experience, and excellent communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, data, AI, cloud, or technical advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of Data and AI solutions (data warehouses, lakes, integration, analytics).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern API-based integration architectures.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, customer‑focused technical solutions.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with problem‑solving skills and continuous learning.
• Certifications in cloud, data science, ML, or AI are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers, partners, account managers, and technical teams to translate business objectives into Data & AI designs.
• Design end‑to‑end data solutions (ingestion, storage, processing, visualization, analytics).
• Support development and positioning of ML/AI solutions to generate insights and improve decisions.
• Lead discovery conversations, demonstrations, and executive presentations with potential customers.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and frameworks to support scalable Data & AI initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices across Data Architecture, AI, and cloud design.

As our new Data and AI Pre‑sales Consultant, you will support the growth of SoftwareOne’s Data and AI solutions and services by working closely with customers, account teams, and technical specialists. You will identify customer needs, shape solution approaches, and support the journey from opportunity creation through to successful delivery and customer success. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, combining strong Data and AI knowledge with a consultative approach to customer conversations, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, partners, account managers, and technical teams to understand business objectives and translate them into Data and AI solution designs
• Design end‑to‑end data solutions, including data ingestion, storage, processing, visualization, and analytics components
• Support the development and positioning of machine learning and AI solutions that help customers generate insights and improve decision‑making
• Lead discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and follow‑up discussions with potential customers
• Evaluate and recommend relevant technologies, tools, and frameworks to support scalable and high‑performing Data and AI initiatives
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices across Data Architecture, AI, and cloud‑based solution design

What we need to see from you

• Experience from pre‑sales, solution consulting, data, AI, cloud, or technical advisory role
• Strong understanding of Data and AI solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, data integration, automation, monitoring, and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and application integration architectures, including APIs and modern cloud‑based solution design
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient, and customer‑focused technical solutions
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and continuous learning orientation
• Relevant certifications in cloud, data science, machine learning, or AI would be an advantage
