RELEX Solutions in Barcelona seeks a Technical Consultant to join our Customer Operations team. You will design integration and data solutions, build with AI tools, and ensure customer outcomes through implementation.

You will work across technical architecture, solution engineering, and consulting delivery, growing into a lead role with support from colleagues, primarily in Spain with involvement in Italy, France, and the Middle East. Flexible work hours and remote work options are available.

Formación

• Hands-on coding in Python, SQL, REST APIs; familiarity with another language.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, CS, IS, or equivalent practical experience.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and agents and willingness to develop professionally.
• Understanding of data integration concepts: data movement, failure modes, validation and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical role with some customer-facing exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Design and contribute to technical approach for data integration, AI pipelines, and end-to-end data flows.
• Build AI agents and plugins to automate data handling and configurations.
• Engage with customer IT teams in workshops and sessions, growing into a lead role.
• Manage own technical workstreams across implementation and ongoing service, delivering on time.
