Workday Spain is seeking a seasoned Consultant to lead or support end-to-end Workday Financial Management implementations for a varied portfolio of customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding functional streams and coordinating with cross-functional teams across data and integration specialists.

You will grow through structured training, certification programs, and on-project experiences, while traveling up to 50% depending on client needs and project phases.

Formación

• 5+ years of Consulting experience, internal or with a consulting/software firm.
• 5+ years experience with or implementing a Tier 1 business software such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar.
• Corporate financial accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support end-to-end Workday Financial Management implementations.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers during projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams including Data and Integration specialists.
• Demonstrate a structured approach to project life cycle and testing.
