Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a dynamic marketer to own Channel BTL initiatives across top brands in Spain. You will align shopper insights with brand strategy, lead external customer marketing, and drive investments with ROI in mind.

Role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, advanced presentation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Expect a fast-paced environment with regional travel to key cities and hotspots.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Marketing or Commercial with premium/FMCG background.
• Experience with shopper marketing activation or events preferred.
• Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth and brand sustainability strategies.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the BTL strategy for the Channel with cross-functional delivery.
• Put shopper/guest at heart of decisions, delivering flawless execution.
• Manage A&P budgets, ROI, GTN spend, and related invoicing/POs.
• Lead external customer marketing for priority brands and discuss BTL/ATL choices.
• Collaborate with Activations Managers to ensure city and hotspot execution.
