Job summary

Bacardi in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic On-Trade Sales professional to help grow our premium portfolio in Spain. You will work on implementing the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers and drive distribution and brand visibility at the point of sale.

You will negotiate, build partnerships and activate our brands with a consumer-focused approach, aiming to deliver strong market share while protecting the core business. This role suits entrepreneurial, results-driven individuals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
• Affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
• Ability to organize your work independently and effectively.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Good Communicator and an active listener.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to deliver objectives: EFO & new model.
• Implement the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
• Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
• Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
• Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
