Job summary

Bacardi Espana, S.A. seeks a driven marketing and sales professional to execute the Winning In customer marketing strategy in Key Cities.

You will build lasting relationships with strategic customers and own the A&P budget for your city, coordinating plans with BM’s andField Manager and Customer Marketing Managers for aligned action. You will negotiate and execute tailor-made visibilities, activate in key markets with flawless execution, and manage BTL agencies end-to-end while evaluating

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience, preferably in the On Trade channel.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders to develop clear agendas and long-term plans.
• Comfort balancing long and short-term priorities to create efficiencies.
• English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation of the Winning In customer marketing strategy in KC.
• Build long-term relationships with key strategic customers and manage A&P budget for the City.
• Coordinate and update bottom-up plans with BM’s and align with Field Manager and Customer Marketing Managers.
• Negotiate, define and execute tailor-made visibilities and activations in Key Cities with precise execution.
• Manage BTL agency from briefing to execution and evaluate activities with ME for growth.
