Advantage Media Services is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee all shipping and transportation operations at the Valencia warehouse. You will serve as the on-floor shipping lead, resolving daily issues and ensuring shipments meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

• This role requires fundamental understanding of 3PL operations with emphasis on shipping.
• Must be or become DOT and IATA hazmat certified within the first 90 days.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities are essential.
• Customer service orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic warehouse setting.
• Bi-lingual is a plus and helpful in a diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise transportation and floor shipping processes on site.
• Lead daily reporting and supervise building shippers.
• Monitor client shipments by line and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with shippers to follow established logistics processes.
• Train employees in packing and shipping procedures.
• Support cross functional teams to maintain efficiencies and procedures.
• Analyze shipments and shipper performance for improvements.
• Supervise sorting and carrier pickups; advise on hazmat labeling.
• Create Bills of Lading for DHL eCOM international via portal.
• Performs other duties as needed.
