SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. is seeking a warehouse and inventory supervisor to strategically plan and manage warehouses and services to support plant operation requirements.

You will supervise staff, work with plant managers and other departments to improve efficiencies, ensure inbound/outbound movements are documented, and perform weekly inventory counts. • College degree or equivalent accepted.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with plant managers and other departments to improve efficiencies.
• Ensure that all inbound and outbound movements are documented and processed per procedures.
• Analyze planning inputs such as usage, trends, availability constraints, and storage requirements.
• Carry out a weekly inventory count to reconcile records with actual stock.
• Recommend improvements to existing procedures to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
