Amazon is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at a Valencia or Onda site. You’ll drive safety, productivity and daily operations while learning how a global logistics network runs at pace.

You’ll analyse data, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with managers to standardise shift processes. The role involves shift-based duties, performance reviews, and contingency planning to meet customer demand.

Formación

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and build a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
