SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. is seeking a warehouse and inventory supervisor to strategically plan and manage warehouses and services to support plant operation requirements.

You will supervise staff, work with plant managers and other departments to improve efficiencies, ensure inbound/outbound movements are documented, and perform weekly inventory counts. • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.

About the role

Strategically plan and manage warehouses and services to support plant operation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff and personnel

• Work proactively with plant managers and staff, as well as with various departments, to achieve efficiencies and manage expectations

• Ensure that all movement of commodities inbound and outbound is documented and processed in accordance with established procedures

• Analyze and evaluate planning inputs such as usage, trends, availability constraints, storage and handling

• Carry out a weekly inventory count to reconcile inventory records for raw materials and finished goods with actual stock on hand against records in the inventory management system

• Recommend improvements to existing procedures to reduce cost and increase efficiency

About you

• College graduate in any field or course

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations

• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems

• Strong leadership and people management skills
