JD Logistics is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee inbound shift operations at its Madrid-area facility. You will manage dock receiving, quality inspection, sorting, and high-density stowing, ensuring data accuracy and smooth flow of goods for customer orders.

The role requires leadership of shift teams, coordination with inventory control, and strict adherence to safety protocols and Madrid logistics standards.

Formación

• Supervise inbound shift operations with data accuracy focus (dock receiving, inspection, sorting, stowing).
• Experience supervising high-volume e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL hubs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory for cross-border operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound shift Team Leaders and operators, assign dock bay allocations and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols and local labor agreements (Madrid).
• Achieve dock-to-stock targets: unloading, registration, and high-bay stowing with minimal congestion.
