Partner Company in Spain is seeking a Transformation and Change Management Practitioner to lead high-impact programmes across operating models, technology, processes, and governance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, engaging senior sponsors and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will help organisations build cases for change, align teams on priorities, and embed new ways of working while supporting growth, resilience, and value creation in a collaborative

Formación

• 10+ years in transformation or change management.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programmes with senior sponsors.
• Ability to develop evidence-based narratives for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis to measurable outcomes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps covering operating model, initiative sequencing, governance, and benefits.
• Establish governance, delivery rhythms, and accountability to keep initiatives on track.
• Engage senior stakeholders, build commitment through credible communication and facilitation.
• Design change-management strategies covering stakeholder alignment, communications, org design, and capability building.
• Translate technology and operational challenges into commercial impact relating to growth and value creation.
• Support post-deal value creation by guiding portfolio leadership through priorities with continuity.
• Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data, platforms, and delivery models.
• Mentor colleagues in transformation, programme leadership, and change management.
