Super is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Lead to convert complex, cross-functional problems into scoped initiatives delivered with measurable value. You will embed PMO discipline where needed, while leading transformation across functions and operating models, shaping a fit-for-purpose Transformation Office.

Formación

• Significant experience leading large-scale cross-functional business transformation with delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience in process redesign and organisational design applied as a delivery activity.
• Experience delivering or embedding AI-enabled transformation at scale.
• End-to-end programme delivery: planning, governance, risk, dependencies, benefits realization.
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive level with cross-functional alignment.
• Strong change management judgement covering adoption risk, communications, and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end, from framing to delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Translate priorities into structured delivery plans with milestones, owners, risks, and decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Architect and Head of Automation to translate operating model designs into delivery.
• Drive process reengineering and operating model change across end-to-end processes.
• Embed AI-enabled ways of working with the AI enablement team within initiatives.
• Own resistance management, engagement, and behavioural adoption with Change Manager."
• Support the Transformation Office foundations, including portfolio visibility, cadence, and governance.
• Partner with the VP, Transformation on planning, governance, and executive communication.
