Unilabs Group in Barcelona seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex cross-functional transformation initiatives. You will guide planning, governance, and delivery within the Transformation PMO, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and measurable business impact.

The role spans multi-country programs, requires strong stakeholder management and executive reporting, and supports the Head of Transformation in consolidating progress, risk analysis and change adoption across the

Formación

• Strong experience in transformation management or large-scale strategic program coordination.
• Experience managing complex, multi-country and cross functional transformation projects.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously and manage high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, governance documentation, and transformation dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership exposure.
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in an international context.
• Experience working within structured PMO environments and methodologies.
• English is a must, additional language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate strategic transformation projects from planning to delivery.
• Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams and program-wide deliverables to achieve business objectives.
• Track performance, benefits realization, and support change adoption.
• Oversee transformation data, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Support the Head of Transformation in executing and governing the transformation roadmap.
