Lever, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead Practitioner based in Spain to guide senior investors and technology businesses through technology strategy, due diligence, transformation, cybersecurity, AI, and execution.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and translate complex findings into clear, action-oriented recommendations for high-stakes decisions. As a senior practitioner, you will build trusted relationships with boards and management, develop a recognised technology specialism, and

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, technology due diligence, strategy, transformation, or leadership.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Strong fundamentals in areas such as product and engineering, software architecture and cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, software delivery, or operating models.
• Significant experience in domains like insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business implications and commercial value.
• Experience with private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or high-growth technology businesses is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead complex client engagements from initial scoping through high-quality delivery, balancing project management, team leadership, client service, and commercial considerations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams by applying sound judgment and communicating clearly.
• Lead technical due diligence and technology-focused engagements, identifying risks, opportunities and priorities for value creation.
• Assess technology strategy, product and engineering capabilities, architecture, cloud platforms, delivery performance, data and AI, cybersecurity, scalability, and operating models.
• Translate technical findings into commercial implications related to growth, margins, investment risk, timing and value creation.
• Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops that connect analysis to decisions clients need to make.
• Develop a recognised functional specialism while leading integrated discussions across multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to commercial diligence and value-creation engagements where technology plays a central role.
• Strengthen client relationships, support repeat business and proposition development, and mentor colleagues as the practice grows.
