Jobgether SRL seeks a senior Project Lead Practitioner based in Spain to help private equity investors and technology businesses generate value through technology. You will lead engagements across technology strategy, due diligence, transformation, cybersecurity, AI, and operational execution, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for boards and management teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, due diligence, strategy, digital transformation, or leadership.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with senior stakeholders and delivering decision-ready outputs.
• Strong fundamentals in product/engineering, software architecture, cloud, data & AI, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in business domains like insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to translate complex tech findings into commercial implications for growth and value creation.
• Prior involvement with private equity, transaction advisory, or high-growth tech businesses is preferred.
• Excellent structured thinking, written communication, and storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead complex client engagements from scoping to delivery, balancing PM, team leadership, client service and commercial considerations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams through clear communication and accessible tech explanations.
• Lead technical due diligence and technology-focused engagements; identify risks and value creation opportunities.
• Assess technology strategy, architecture, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, and operating models.
• Translate findings into commercial implications related to growth, margins, and investment risk.
• Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops to connect analysis to key decisions.
• Develop a recognised functional specialism while leading multidisciplinary teams and driving value-creation initiatives.
• Contribute to commercial diligence and proposition development, supporting repeat business.
