Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior Transformation and Change Management Practitioner based in Spain to lead multi-workstream transformation programmes spanning operating models, processes and governance. You will engage senior sponsors and drive measurable outcomes across growth, resilience and value creation.

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management or related complex programmes.
• Proven track record leading multi-workstream transformation with senior sponsors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis to delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps covering case for change, target operating model, sequencing, governance, risks and benefits.
• Establish governance, delivery rhythms and accountability to keep initiatives on track.
• Engage senior stakeholders with credible communication and facilitation for change adoption.
• Design and implement change-management strategies covering alignment, communications, organisation design and benefits realization.
• Translate technology and operational challenges into commercial implications for growth and value.
• Support post-deal value creation with portfolio leadership to maintain business continuity.
• Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data and technology operating models.
• Build relationships, contribute to new propositions and mentor colleagues in transformation.
