Super is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives from framing to delivery and sustained benefits across Europe and Latin America. You will embed AI-enabled changes, manage adoption, and partner with executives to ensure measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Formación

• Significant experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation.
• Proven track record moving initiatives from design to execution and measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled transformation at scale.
• Strong end-to-end programme delivery skills in governance and risk management.
• Ability to translate priorities into clear, sequenced plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Convert ambiguous priorities into structured delivery plans with milestones, owners, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Partner with Business Architect and Head of Automation to translate target operating model designs into practical delivery.
• Enable process reengineering and operating model change by working with owners and specialists to simplify and reengineer processes.
• Embed AI-enabled ways of working by delivering AI-augmented processes and decision-making improvements.
• Own resistance management, engagement and behavioural adoption in collaboration with Change Manager and leaders.
• Support Transformation Office foundations: portfolio visibility, cadence, governance rhythm, and executive reporting.
• Act as trusted partner to VP, Transformation on planning, governance, and priority-setting.
